3. AI Generated Results Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

• actual clothing fit, appearance, color, texture, proportions, transparency, fabric behavior, or styling may differ significantly in reality,

• the generated output is intended solely for demonstration, inspiration, visualization, and entertainment purposes.

The AI result should not be considered an exact representation of the final product.

4. No Professional or Fashion Guarantee

Koucles does not guarantee:

• size compatibility,
• body fit accuracy,
• color accuracy,
• styling suitability,
• garment proportions,
• realistic rendering,
• final appearance on the customer.

Customers remain responsible for selecting the correct size and product based on official product descriptions, measurements, and photos available on the website.

5. Third-Party AI Processing

The AI Virtual Try-On functionality may operate using external artificial intelligence infrastructure, cloud providers, APIs, or third-party AI technologies.

By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that uploaded photos may be:

• temporarily transmitted,
• processed,
• analyzed,
• converted,
• cached,
• or temporarily stored

through external systems strictly for the purpose of generating the virtual try-on result.

Koucles does not control the internal infrastructure of third-party AI providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free processing, or permanent deletion timing from such systems.

6. Privacy & Personal Data

Koucles respects user privacy and aims to minimize unnecessary data retention.

Uploaded photos are intended solely for AI virtual fitting generation and are not intentionally used by Koucles for:

• facial recognition,
• biometric identification,
• public display,
• resale,
• advertising campaigns,
• commercial redistribution,
• or unrelated profiling activities.

However, users acknowledge that AI image processing inherently involves automated analysis technologies.

Users should avoid uploading highly sensitive personal images or confidential material.

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their original uploaded images.

However, by using the AI Virtual Try-On feature, users grant Koucles a limited, temporary, non-exclusive technical right to process uploaded content solely for operating the AI feature.

This permission automatically terminates once the processing session is completed, except where temporary retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or technical troubleshooting.

8. Prohibited Uses

Users may NOT use the AI Virtual Try-On feature:

• to create defamatory or harmful content,

11. Security & Abuse Monitoring

For security and fraud prevention purposes, Koucles may log technical metadata related to feature usage, including:

• IP addresses,
• timestamps,
• browser/device information,
• upload activity,
• abnormal behavior detection.

This monitoring is used exclusively for operational security and abuse prevention.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By uploading a photo and using the AI Virtual Try-On feature, you confirm that:
